Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dozer Operator to join our civil construction team. The successful candidate will play a key role in site preparation, grading, leveling and final trim/GPS work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dozers efficiently and safely in various terrains.
• Perform tasks such as earthmoving, grading, backfilling, and land leveling.
• Inspect, maintain, and report on the equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the site team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Follow all safety regulations and site protocols.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years operating dozers in a civil construction environment.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid White Card and Dozer ticket.
• Strong understanding of operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and grade markers.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
