MASS Resources
Meet Kayleigh!

Q. Tell us a bit about yourself…

My name is Kayleigh - I moved to Perth 4 years ago and have been working at Mass for the last 3 years ! I started out on Reception and now working as a Mobilisation Coordinator. I absolutely love what I do and love the team at Mass, they are all definitely more like my family now.

Q. It’s great that Perth is now home for you! How many different places have you lived in your life?

I have only ever lived in two places, originally from Middlesbrough in the UK and now living in Perth!

Q. What job did you want to do when you were growing up? (Apart from mobilisation expert!)

For a long-time I really wanted to be a detective or a criminal psychologist - I’ve always been really interested in crime/investigation, the understanding of what makes people tick when they commit crimes and why…

Q. How do you wind down after work?

I shamefully love coming home, and just watching some reality TV on the sofa to wind down, it’s the rich people’s drama for me.

Q. Speaking of home - Do you have any pets?

I have one dog, his name is Caesar and he turns 11 in November! He definitely runs the house.

Q. What is your favourite hobby?

My biggest hobby is strength training, it’s such a good stress reliever and the only place I can really zone out from life.

Q. What are three items you would take with you to a deserted island?

Food, a tent and definitely some form of music

Q. On the topic of music - If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Electricity by Dua Lipa - I always get such a good feeling when I listen to that song

Q. What is your favourite famous or inspirational quote?

‘If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell you gunna love somebody else?’ - Ru Paul

Q. Finishing up - If you could have one super-power, what would it be?

To be able to read people minds, I would love to know how everyone thinks…

MASS Resources
Recruiting isn’t always easy. It can be stressful behind the scenes to say the least! But those of you who have worked with Mass before will know we always try our best.

Our team are dedicated, attentive and genuinely care about what we do. But we know that we might not get it right all of the time.

Remember there is someone on the other side of the phone, email, or text. Someone who might not be having a good day. They are there to help, not be abused and take your frustrations out on.

Its cool to be kind 🧡🤍🧡
