Position: Mobile Plant Operator

Location: Multiple locations available, from Alkimos to Mandurah.

Sites: Civil projects such as rail extensions, highway upgrades, subdivisions (road works, drainage, bulk earthworks), bridge construction etc.

What we look for?

• Roller operators
• Articulated dump truck/Moxy operators
• Watercart operators
• Excavator operators – Final trim and GPS preferred
• Skid-steer, Posi track operators
• Front-end loader and I.T loader operators
• Multi-ticketed operators

Rates:

• Depending on position and project. All work includes additional penalties, meal allowance and travel allowance!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a range of mobile plant equipment efficiently and safely.
• Execute tasks according to project requirements and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Operator or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications
• Construction White Card
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and in different environments.
