Mass Resources is leading the recruitment for multiple engineering roles throughout Central QLD. We are seeking dedicated and talented engineers, with open positions ranging from Junior Civil Engineer and Graduate Civil Engineer to Senior Project Engineer, all based on-site.

What does a day look like? 

• Lead and support the planning, design, and execution of civil and rehab projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Work closely with construction, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Help identify potential risks and contribute to the implementation of corrective measures.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Enhance technical skills while mentoring and supporting junior team members.

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years on site experience as a Project Engineer in a Civil mining role OR recent post graduate experience in a rehabilitation environment.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and project management tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ideally, you’ll have a current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical – candidates without this are still welcome to apply.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights at the time of your application.
